2016 CLASS/CLTA Joint Luncheon

Location: Grand Ballroom C-E, Boston Westin Waterfront, 425 Summer Street, Boston, MA, 02210

The CLASS/CLTA Joint Luncheon will be held at 12:30—1:45 p.m. at Westin Waterfront Hotel Grand Ballroom C-E. This is an excellent opportunity to network with fellow CLASS/CLTA members personally and professionally. A variety of door prizes will be donated by participating publishers.  It's a "party" not to be missed.

The room size is strictly limited to 200 participants only; therefore, it is important for the attendees to purchase luncheon tickets in advance. It’ll be on a first come first serve basis. CLASS has defrayed the price set by the hotel  to sell at  $45.00  per person before November 11. Tickets will be sold at the door for $55.00. Please make your check payable to CLASS Luncheon and send the following reservation form with your check to CLASS Treasurer, Carol Chen-Lin at 333 Christian Street, Wallingford CT 06492.

Option 1: Please fill out the form as follows and make the payment online. Online registration will be ended on November 17.

Option 2: Please send this completed form with a check of $45 to CLASS Treasurer with the folling address. The mail needs to be posmarked no later than November 12:
